Once your resource is ready to submit you must complete the relevant upload form.

For resources designed for learning and teaching the Curriculum for Wales, including curriculum design, and foundation learning, please complete the Adnodd publishing request form.

Other resource topics

For resources not intended for direct use with learners or better suited for other Hwb topic areas please complete the Hwb publishing request form. These topic areas include:

• professional learning

• additional learning needs

• vocational and post-16

• keeping safe online

Upon receiving your submission, it will be reviewed to ensure it meets Hwb’s requirements. You will be notified within 15 working days whether your resource has been approved or rejected, and we will discuss the next steps.

Promoting and evaluating your resources

You should promote your resource and make practitioners aware of it. To support this, you can submit an article for publication on Hwb or in Dysg using the Hwb news article upload form.

You should also review and evaluate your resource regularly (at least annually is recommended) to ensure it remains accurate, relevant and fit for purpose.
